Kinesiology and Physical Activities
Kinesiology and physical education investigate how sport, exercise, and physical activity affect people's health and happiness. To learn more about how the human body reacts to physical exercise, they employ fields including biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and psychology. The study of movement, function, and performance, as well as how that movement impacts general health, is covered in the large discipline of kinesiology. Exercise science is a branch of kinesiology that concentrates on the physiological processes that underlie human reaction and adaptation to exercise.
