5th International Conference on Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy 2017, hosted by Conference Series was successfully held during November 27-29, 2017 in Dubai, UAE. The conference highlighted the theme “Scientific perspectives for a better living and longer life”.

The conference was a congregation of eminent speakers from various reputed organizations with their paramount talks enlightening the gathering.

Conference Series hosted a diverse panel of key members of the physiotherapy community from Academia, Research lab, Eminent Scientist, Scholar Students to discuss the theme of the conference, approaches to predict, control and relieve. This event was aimed to exchange ideas and experience across a variety of topics that cover the latest insights in important aspects of pain management and rehabilitation, optimal use of analgesics and chronic pain medication, other approaches such as physical therapy and surgical interventions and updates on Physiotherapy field.

The conference witnessed an amalgamation of peerless speakers, who enlightened the crowd with their enviable research knowledge and on various alluring workshops related to the field of physiotherapy, carried out through various scientific-sessions and plenary lectures.

Sports Physiotherapy is the specialized branch of physiotherapy which deals with injuries and issues related to sports people. Sports injuries do differ to everyday injuries. Track 4: Manual Physiotherapy Strategies

Manual therapy was the most effective treatment. Recovery rates after seven weeks in the manual therapy group, physiotherapy group, and general practitioner care group were 68%, 51%, and 36%, respectively. The number needed to treat was 3 that is, every third patient referred to manual therapy would make a complete recovery Neuromuscular Medicine within seven weeks compared with patients referred to continued care by a general Muskoskeletal Physical Therapy.

Palliative Medicare is an expert in musculoskeletal dysfunction and will work with you to help you optimize function and provide pain relief during this important time in your life. Women and incontinence: Incontinence affects 15 percent of all adults and 26 percent of all women between the ages of 30 and 59. Currently, 15 to 25 million Americans suffer with incontinence. Knee joint pains in overweight and arthritis, most common are osteoarthritis and  Low Back Pain both of which are treatable occurs mostly in the age of forties and hence is a common dysfunction for all the women of this age. Pregnancy related pelvic girdle disorder occurs in 60-70% of women during their gestation period. The pelvic girdle is defined as the Palliative Sedation and the pubic symphysis (the joint in the front of the pelvis). Up to 40% of women reporting back pain during pregnancy still report pain in the postpartum period. Relatively few women report this pain to their healthcare provider.

Neurological physical therapy, Rehabilitation after stroke is crucial because two thirds of patients suffer disability as a result of the stroke. The disability depends on the size and location of the stroke. For example, stroke in the left side of the brain tends to impair speech, comprehension of the spoken word, motor power and sensation on the right side of the body. Parkinson's disease (also known as idiopathic or primary Parkinsonism, hypokinetic rigid syndrome (HRS), or paralysis agitans) is a degenerative disorder of the central nervous system mainly affecting the motor system. The motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease result from the death of dopamine-generating cells in the mental rehabilitation, a region of the midbrain. The cause of this cell death is poorly understood.

Physiotherapy plays an important role in managing arthritis. It can help you to maintain independence through improving your mobility, strength and flexibility. Motor relearning theory emphasis on the practice of functional tasks and importance of relearning real-life activities for patients.
